We loved the stunning location and luxurious bungalows in the middle of the coffee plantage. The food at the bistrot and restaurant was amazing. The social project, Shanga.org, hosted on the property, employing disabled Tanzanians, was impressive.
Felt fine, no complaints.

The value for money at this lodge is excellent - I reminded me of I got a lot for what I paid. The room was spacious and clean, with everything I needed. The location in the middle of a coffee plantation was fine, and the staff treated me like royalty.
The morning meal could have been improved by ensuring that all breakfast orders were correct and arrived on time.

I had a wonderful stay at a quiet and peaceful location in Arusha. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom and two patios to choose from. The hotel is located in the middle of a coffee plantation, offering a peaceful atmosphere and the chance to spot monkeys roaming the grounds. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was satisfying, if not fancy. The lack of AC was not an issue, as the weather was cool in the evenings. The hotel also had a shopping area supporting a good cause, a great coffee shop, and a gift shop. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As adventure travelers, we loved the stunning location of this lodge nestled in the coffee fields. The coffee tour was informative and interesting, and we enjoyed sipping tea on the verandah while watching the playful Vervet Monkeys. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the food at both the bistrot and restaurant was outstanding. The luxury bungalows provided a spacious and clean accommodation with all the amenities we needed.
Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and comfortable, with a nice seating area and a large bathroom that had both a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The grounds of the hotel were well-maintained, creating a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was quite good, providing a satisfying start to the day.
One downside of this hotel was its location, as it was not very conveniently situated. Additionally, the service at the restaurant was a bit slow, which was not ideal for those who were in a hurry.

Stunning location, interesting coffee tour. Some staff were amazing, but a few seemed uninterested. Best breakfast ever with great food variety. Beautiful lodge, peaceful atmosphere. Delicious steak and friendly staff. Pleasurable stay, oasis of rest. Luxury bungalows surrounded by nature. Impressive community work with disabled employees. Lovely cabins with luxurious amenities and a refreshing pool. Watch breakfast with game keeper due to monkey families. Will definitely return to this magical place.

Great starting point for Northern Circuit. Close to Arusha Airstrip, convenient for safaris. Amazing, well-appointed rooms with plenty of power options. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and pleasant staff.
Uncomfortable experience with staff asking for tips. Feeling pressured to give tips when leaving.

We had a wonderful stay at a lodge outside of Arusha, a peaceful retreat before our safari. The main building had excellent dining options and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff provided great service too. I highly recommend this lodge for a relaxing start or end to your safari adventure.

As young holiday goers, we loved the luxurious cabins with comfy bedding and bathrooms. The pool was a refreshing place to relax after a safari or a day of work. The Shanga workshop and zuri cafe added a unique touch to our stay. And watching the monkey families during breakfast made us feel like we were truly in Africa.
The staff was generally amazing, but a few seemed to find things too much effort, especially during breakfast. Wrong orders, missing orders, and difficulty finding staff were minor inconveniences.

I recently stayed at a lovely Lodge nestled in the coffee fields, and it was truly impressive. The luxurious cabins and beautiful bathrooms provided a comfortable stay. The highlight was the pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of safari or work. The Lodge also offers a unique community project called Shanga, employing disabled and deaf people from the area. The zuri cafe, named "kahawa," adds to the authentic African experience. Breakfast is a delight, with friendly gamekeepers keeping an eye on the mischievous monkey families on the premises. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
